For entertainment; you and the other mad wizards in your neighborhood will recruit parties of hapless adventurers to raid each other’s dungeons and see whose is the most lethal. Your goal is to be the first to kill seven of the other wizards’ adventurers.Adventurers have a value from 1-64. The lower the number the better they are in combat; but the less gold they can carry out of a dungeon (and the less effective they are in a dungeon). Gold is used to recruit more adventurers (cause certainly many of yours will die). Recruit smartly and balance your party for maximum effectiveness.

Dungeon Twister (engl.)

This game is about the epic competition of 2 teams of adventurers with various powers trapped in a dungeon. The board is composed of 8 mobile rooms that will turn on themselves depending on the players actions. Each turn; a player will be able to spend actions to turn one or more room; changing the topography of the dungeon. The goal of each team is to get out of the dungeon but only the team reaching 5 victory points will be able to make it! Points are collected by making an adventurer crossing the whole board or by killing an opponents adventurer. Treasures are; of course; disseminated across the whole dungeon and will bring you additionnal well-needed powers! Each player has the same characters; each with different powers. Some run fast; some fight or disarm traps. The cleric heals; magician burns everything in sight and the goblin is so weak that the simple fact of getting him out will bring you two victory points ... Combat and actions are managed via cards. To move; fight; heal or turn a room; you must manage action points obtained by playing cards. Those cards are not drawed but selected from a set of cards by both players. Both players have access to the same panel of cards at the beginning of the game so the game is really about managing the resources and adapting to the changing environment.

The first expansion for Dungeon Twister; still for 2 players will bring you new characters; items and rooms. This put yourself in the heart of the action as you will finally be able to build your own dream team of adventurers. All rules from Dungeon Twister are of course applicable when you play an expansion. You will find an additional rulebook that will describe all the new content of the expansion. The game become even greater when each player is able to innovate and to catch his opponent of guard by building each time a different team. Also; the 8 rooms that you will find in the dungeon can now be chosen secretly by the 2 players so that you know only 4 of the 8 rooms that you will encounter in the dungeon. You better then build a fully polyvalent team to be able to survive the new surprises from your opponent. The new characters : The paladin : Can transport 2 items. Can use also the Dragon Slayer sword and the fire protection shield. The Red Dragon : a 6 strenght terror that just make ashes of you ! But hes too heavy to move ! He will anyway brings 2 VP to the hero that kills him. The Ghost : He cannot transport anything but can go through all terrain elements. The Illusionist : He can create illusions of traps or boulder collapse to block his opponent or protect himself. The Weapon Master : Hes a high level fighter very competent with all weapons. He has such experience that most of the time; he can predict the movements and attacks of his opponents. The golem : Hes as slow as the troll; as strong as the troll but he cannot regenerate and can smash down 3 walls during the game. In fact; hes oppening highways for his team ! The Elf Scout : Hes the fastest charachter with his movement of 7 and his ability to jump over pits. His 1 strenght is still a wekaness. The Pickpocket : Hes specialized in stealing items from his opponent. The New Items : The teleportation ring; the charm scroll; the fire protection shield;the key; the rope; the dragon slayer sword; ...
